Acid Reflux:

How to Stomach This Economy

This book was created to help everyday working individuals navigate economic uncertainty with clear, practical guidance on improving personal credit, starting a business, and acquiring assets for long term stability. Through the strategies shared in this book, 47 individuals were able to become homeowners during the pandemic.

The Color of Homeownership:

Increasing Wealth in Black and Brown Communities

Building on Acid Reflux, this book expands into homeownership as a strategy for wealth building, exploring how asset ownership helps close the wealth gap through research, data-driven strategies, and the use of technology.

Open for Business

This children’s book introduces K–5 students to entrepreneurship through relatable characters Penne Anne and Billy and their smartphone sidekick Diget, leading to acceptance into Apple’s Entrepreneur Camp to develop a companion app. It also supports parents and homeschooling families by encouraging creativity, problem solving, and early exposure to real world learning.

Success Lockdown:

Life After Incarceration

This book is a personal memoir of resilience after being justice impacted over 30 years ago, sharing a journey of rebuilding financially through entrepreneurship and real estate development, while leading workshops and programs for youth and adults both inside and outside of the penal system.

Each publication reinforces our commitment to preparation, ownership, and long term financial awareness.
